SSR from 25Amp to 400Amp are manufactured using back to back thyristor chips with DBC technology. This facilitates heat dissipation from thyristor to heatsink and hence increases current capacity of the SSR. SSR are manufactured in thyristor module packages to enable ease in mounting and use of bigger lugs for current connection.
